| Q: How can I purchase tickets? |
A: There are 3 ways you can purchase tickets. |
- Our new online ticketing system is a patron favorite! By ordering your tickets online, you can pick and choose your specific seats. Best of all, you can print the tickets at the convenience of your own home! Simply click on the ticket link.
- You can call to speak with a customer service representative Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00AM - 5:00PM by calling 630-962-7000.
- Tickets can also be purchased at the box office on the day of the show.

| Q: What is your refund policy on tickets? |
| The Arcada Theatre has a no refund or exchange policy on any tickets purchased. |

| Q: Where is Will Call and what time can I pick up my tickets? |
| A: Will Call is located at the box office at the Arcada Theatre. Will Call will be available 2 hours prior to showtime. |

| Q: Do you have seating for patrons with disabilities? |
| A: Yes, please call 630-962-7000 to speak with a customer service representative. |

| Q: Can I bring my own food and beverage? |
| A: Outside food and beverages are not allowed. The Arcada Theatre has a concession stand that features popcorn, candy and soda. Wine, beer, and spirits are available to patrons 21 and over. |

Directions from Chicago by means of the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290): |
- Take Eisenhower Expressway W/I-290 W
- Take exit 7 to merge onto I-355 S toward Joliet
- Take the N Ave/IL-64 exit
- Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Carol Stream and merge onto N Ave/IL-64 W. Contiue to follow IL-64 W

Directions from the north (I-294): |
- Take I-294 going south
- Take exit onto Eisenhower Expressway W/I-290 W toward Rockford/US-20/IL-64
- Take exit 7 to merge onto I-355 S toward Joliet
- Take the N Ave/IL-64 exit
- Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Carol Stream and merge onto N Ave/IL-64 W. Contiue to follow IL-64 W

- Take the ramp onto I-355 N/North-South Tollway
- Take the exit onto I-88 W/Ronald Reagan Mem Tollway toward Aurora
- Take IL-59 exit
- Take right at IL-59
- Turn left at Joliet St.
- Turn left at IL-38/W Roosevelt Rd. Continue to follow IL-38
- Turn right at N Bennett St/IL-25. Continue to follow IL-25
- Turn left at IL-64/E Main St.

| Q: Where is parking around the theatre? |
A: Plenty of FREE public parking is available in the downtown St. Charles area near the Arcada Theatre.
Three lots are shown on the map below and additional area parking is also available.
Plenty of Free parking is available in Municipal lots located on 2nd Street and Walnut behind the theatre and on 1st Street behind Cordon Blues |

| Q: Is there an age limit at the venue? |
| A: Children are welcome at the Arcada Theatre. We rely on our patrons to determine whether the show is age appropriate. All children must have a ticket. |

| Q: Are there any restaurants near the venue? |

Onesti Entertainment is proud to announce ownership of an amazing restaurant in St. Charles formerly known as "18 North". It is an exquisite building that was once a church opened in 1851. Chef's specials, souvenir menus and shared pre-show excitement only adds to the sensational dining experience. Make the evening complete by returning to the cozy "O Lounge" for after-show appetizers and martinis, or desserts and cappuccino.
The Onesti Italian Steakhouse & Supper Club features an eclectic variety of affordably upscale American fare, prime steaks, fresh seafood, amazing pasta selections and incredible desserts. | The Hotel Baker is located right across the Fox River at 100 W Main Street, St. Charles, IL 60174. "Hotel Baker was built in 1928 on the site of old Haines Mill. Hotel Baker has recently been restored, creating an ambience reminiscent of its formal splendor. And due to its architectural and historical significance, Hotel Baker is listed on the National Register of Historic Places." |
